MARIANA DAPPIANO + LYCRA ® y listas para el verano!

La diseñadora MARIANA DAPPIANO  fue convocada por la firma LYCRA® para desarrollar una línea de trajes de baño inspirada en elementos de la naturaleza y llevados a una impronta oriental. 

 Las piezas que integran la colección son enteras con tazas premoldeadas, trikinis y bikinis, confeccionadas con fibra XTRA LIFE LYCRA ® y en colores vibrantes, ácidos,  geométricos en blanco y negro. 

Fashion designer MARIANA DAPPIANO   was convened by LYCRA® to develop a line of swimsuits inspired by elements of nature and brought to an oriental stamp.

The pieces included in the collection are hole swimsuits, trikinis and bikinis, made with XTRA LIFE LYCRA ® fiber and vibrant colors, acids, geometric black and white.

LADAY GAGA es la nueva cara de VERSACE.

Hace unos días en la fan page de Versace se publicaron estas fotos  adelanto de la próxima campaña primavera/verano 2014 con LADY GAGA como protagonista. 

A few days ago on  the fan page of Versace, a cuple photos were published of the next spring / summer 2014 campaign starring LADY GAGA.

Las tomas fueron realizadas por la dupla fotográfica Mert Alas y Marcus Piggott y se la  puede ver con  maquillaje natural y una peluca rubia  muuuy larga al estilo de la directora creativa de la marca Donatella Versace, de hecho parece una versión mas joven de la diseñadora italiana. A pesar de eso se la ve divina ! 

The shots were taken by the photographic duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott and she can be seen with natural makeup and a  very long  blonde wig , looking a lot as the creative director of the brand Donatella Versace, in fact  she looks  like a younger version of the Italian designer . Nevertheless she looks divine!

VICTORIA'S SECRET FASHION SHOW 2013

El martes 13 de noviembre en el Lexinton Armony de  NY, un antiguo edificio militar,  se filmo como todos los años el  espectacular desfile de VICTORIA'S SECRET , una fiesta en la que 40 de las modelos mas lindas del mundo desfilan  como las diosas que son en una pasarela llena de glitter, música en vivo y un publico muy entusiasta.. 

La top model brasileña Adriana Lima fue la responsable de abrir el show desplegando sus alas en forma de corazón y Candice Swaneopel fue la elegida para llevar el Fantasy Bra creado por el joyero Moiawad adornado con cuatro mil docientos rubíes, zafiros azules y amarillos y diamantes engarzados en oro del que colgaba un rubí. Saldrá a la venta en 10  millones de dolares.

Taylor Swiff, Great Big Word y Neon Jungla  fueron los artista que  musicalizaron el show en vivo que podremos ver el 10 de diciembre por CBS en EEUU y el 22 del mismo mes por TNT en latinoamerica.

Como todos los años se seleccionaron distintos temas para el estilismo y el escenografía, este vez fueron Invasión Británica, Las aves del paraíso, Noches de París,Naufragas, Angeles en la nieve y Pink. Todas las estructuras y el vestuario esta diseñado por el staff de artesanos de la marca y los zapatos son de Nicholas kirkwood y Sophia Webster.

Taylor Swiff, Great Big Word and Neon Jungle were the artist who put  live music to thes how we  will see on December 10 on CBS in the U.S. 

Every year different themes for the styling and set design are selected , this time were: British Invasion, The birds of paradise, Paris Nights, Shipwrecked, Angels in the snow and Pink. All structures and costumes were  designed by the staff of craftsmen of the brand and the shoes are Nicholas kirkwood and Sophia Webster.

JORGE IBAÑEZ presentó MYSTERIOUS GARDEN 2013/14

La semana pasada, JORGE IBAÑEZ  deslumbró  una vez mas al presentar su colección  Mysterious Garden en un imponente jardín creado por Martín Roig en el Sheraton Hotel  de Retiro.

Los hermosos vestidos estaban realizados con tules,muselinas, encajes, gasas, rasosy organzas decorados con bordados realizados íntegramente a mano con cristales . Y los colores elegidos para esta gran creación son: el blanco y negro, corales, amarillos, celestes, verde aguamarina y gris con plata. 

 Last week, JORGE IBAÑEZ dazzled once again  when he presented  his collection Mysterious garden  in an imposing garden created by Martin Roig at the Sheraton Hotel in Retiro.

El año pasado  les contaba sobre las zapatillas con taco interno de la diseñadora francesa ISABEL MARANT, que muchas marcas imitaron y vimos bastante este año, hasta yo me compre un par!. No había escuchado mucho de ella hasta estos días en los que me entere que el jueves 14 de noviembre salio a la venta una colección cápsula que realizo para H&M. Sabemos que no es  la primera diseñadora  convocada por la firma sueca para acercar al publico masivo (nosotros los mortales) a estas grandes casas de moda. Anteriormente colecciones de Versace, Marni ,  Maison Martin Margiela y  Stella McCartney, se agotaron en las tiendas. 

Las prendas tienen definitivamente el sello Marant, un estilo folk, estampados, tejidos y sus también famosas botas texanas con taco interno, todo con un halo muy femenino, usable como siempre.  La novedad de esta colección es que también incluye  una linea  masculina, primera vez para la diseñadora. Milla Jovovich, Alek Wek, Lou Doillon, Iselin Steiro, Andreea Diaconu, Malgosia Bela protagonizan la campaña.

 Corría el verano del  '98 y Punta del Este era el lugar para estar, todas las  chicas caminaban como astronautas con  las  "Sandalias Miami"  de un  hasta  ese momento un desconocido diseñador llamado  RICKY SARKANY, mi hermana y sus amigas por supuesto que las tenían y yo tal vez era muy chica, pero  no me gustaban nada. Hoy pienso diferente...

   El exitoso modelo lo mostró Roxana Zarecki, que era la chica del momento ese año en la campaña que fotografió el Chino Moro, uno de los referentes mas destacados del medio, quien viajo especialmente a Japón para hacer las tomas. Además usaron esta sandalia celebridades como las top models Naomi Campbell y Esther Cañadas y la sex symbol de la serie Baywatch Pamela Anderson. Miami fue una revolución en el mundo del calzado ya que nunca se había hecho una base con cámara de aire.

Hola! como va? Hoy les quiero hablar de un estilo que vuelve reinventado. Sabemos que la música y sus distintos estilos inspiraron e influenciaron el mundo de la moda y el Grunge de los '90 no fue la excepción. En ese entonces Kurt Cobain y Courtney Love y actrices como Claire Danes y  Drew Barrymore eran fieles  representantes del por aquél entonces desprolijo look.

Hola! Hablemos de editoriales dale? En la  revista Dazed & Confused de noviembre publicaron una editorial increíble llamada "Disturbia" con zombies muy estilosas. Las fotos fueron tomadas por Jeff Bark que si bien a veces hace fotos muy crudas para mi gusto, también es muy dramático y conceptual en su trabajo.

Hello! Let's talk about  editorials. In the  Dazed & Confused november issue an editorial called "Disturbia" was published  whith  amazing very stylish zombies. The photos were taken by Jeff Bark, that takes pictures very raw for my taste some times but also very dramatic and conceptual.
